You must notify Apka Budget immediately if you decide to cancel your order, through the app or by phone. If Apka Budget accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If Apka Budget is unable to accept your cancellation for some reason e.g. because task force has been allocated and/or task force is already out for service, the order for the service may not be cancelled. Apka Budget will not be able to refund the money already paid for any cancelled order, for which service arrangements have been already made.
Apka Budget may cancel an order if the service unavailable for any reason. Apka Budgets will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
If the cancellation was made in time and once Apka Budget has accepted your cancellation, Apka Budget will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card or net banking account with the full amount within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that Apka Budget offers a wrong service, you have the right to reject the service of the wrong order and you shall be fully refunded for the order if you decide not to opt for the correct service. The order’s completeness will be decided by comparing offered service with the booked service. If the Participating Restaurant can only do a partial delivery wherever applicable. You have the right to refuse a partial order.
In cases of addresses being incomplete, Apka Budget reserves the right to cancel such orders automatically.
Provider Refund Policy
Letter of Agreement
The Agreement is between AC Partner RBSR Apka Budget Home Service pvt Ltd. The Purpose of this Agreement is to define the scope of work and the schedule of payments agreed upon by Partner.
Terms & Conditions:-
· Company Partner ko Per Month 30 leads Provide karegi.
· Application ke through accepted leads ki puri zimmedari partner ki hogi.
· Accepted leads on date & time pr hi partner ko job deliver krna hoga.
· Partner ki side se without reason cancellation lead ka pura amount partner company ko pay karega.
· Company monthly aapko only 2 leads cancellation ka chance degi. 2 leads se Jayda cancellation hone par without refundable ID Close kardi jayegi.
· Job complete hone par partner customer ko proper invoice or 2 month ka warranty dega.
· Partner ki job recomplain aane par usko 3 days me hi resolve krna hoga otherwise Partner customer ko pura payment refund karega. Partner refund nhi krta hai to company partner ke against legally action legi & partner ke Security amount se payment deduct karegi.
· Partner ko job pr T-shirt & Id card pehan kar jana mandatory hai.
· Job done hone pr partner company ko same day commission pay karega. Otherwise new leads partner ko nhi di jayegi.
· Call recording is mandatory (Agar customer booking cancel krta hai to aapke paas uska proof hoina chahiye)
· Registration recharge only 1 season k liye valid hoga.
· Registration amount season complete hone k bad hi refundable hoga. (All T&C Apply).

· Company partner ko per week 1-2 leads provide karegi.
· Application ke through accepted leads ki puri zimmedari partner ki hogi.
· Accepted leads on date & time pr hi partner ko survey & Job deliver krna hoga.
· Company monthly aapko only 2 survey cancellation ka chance degi. 2 se Jayda cancellation hone par without refundable ID Close kardi jayegi.
· Job complete hone par partner customer ko proper invoice or 1 year ka warranty dena hoga.
Company se agar aap Minimum 2 Lead Accepet Karte hai to Uske baad refund apka 6 Month ke baad hi Hoga.
Company aapko Lead provide karti hai to Apko Hiring lani aapki jimmedari hai agar apka performance kharab rahta hai to company bina refundable ka aapki ID Band kar degi
· Partner ki job recomplain aane par usko 7 days me hi resolve krna hoga otherwise Partner customer ko pura payment refund karega. Partner refund nhi krta hai to company partner ke against legally action legi & partner ke Security amount bhi nhi diya jayga.

· Customer & Office Employee k sath koi bhi bad behaviour accepted nhi hoga. Agar aap esa krte hai toh company aapke sath continue nhi kregi or partner pe legally action legi.
· Application par job completion ka update krna mandatory hai.
· Registration amount season complete hone k bad hi refundable hoga. (All T&C Apply).
